What this website collects

Nothing. There is no analytics, no advertising, no tracking, no embedded third-party content and no server-side form handling. The enquiry form on the contact page is not connected to a mail handler: what you type stays in your browser and is discarded when you leave the page.

The only thing stored on your device is a record of your answer to the cookie notice, described in the cookies notice. It contains no personal information.

Correspondence sent to the company

If you write to the company by post, telephone or email, the company will hold what you send — typically your name, the business you write for, your contact details and the substance of the matter — so that it can answer you and keep a record of the position.

The lawful basis is legitimate interests: dealing with correspondence properly and keeping a record of what was said. Where the company must keep a record to meet a statutory duty, the basis is legal obligation.

Who else sees it

Correspondence is not sold, rented or passed to anyone for marketing. It may be shared where the matter belongs to another business the company holds an interest in, in which case you will be told; with professional advisers acting for the company; or where the company is required by law to disclose it.

How long it is kept

Correspondence is kept for as long as the matter is live, and afterwards for as long as the company needs it for its records or is required to keep it by law. It is then disposed of.

Your rights

You may ask what personal information the company holds about you, ask for it to be corrected or erased, object to its use, or ask for it to be restricted. Write to the registered office. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office if you are not satisfied with the response.
