If you do nothing
Nothing is stored. The notice will simply appear again the next time you visit. The site works exactly the same either way; there is no part of it that depends on your answer.
Removing it
Clear site data for this website in your browser settings, or use your browser's private browsing mode. Either removes the record. Blocking local storage altogether does not break the site: the notice will show on each visit and everything else behaves normally.
Third parties
There are none. This site loads no fonts, scripts, images, maps, videos or social media content from anywhere else, so no other organisation is in a position to store anything on your device through it.
